1. Service Description

Wendrobe is an AI-powered fashion analysis and wardrobe assistance application that allows users to:

• Upload outfit images for AI-based analysis
• Receive style recommendations
• Track outfit history locally on their device
• Access optional premium features via subscription

1.1 Feature Usage Limits

Access to specific features is subject to usage limits based on your subscription tier:

Free Tier Users

• Analyze Outfit: Limited to 1 use per day.
• Save to Wardrobe: Limited to 1 use lifetime (one-time trial).
• AI Suggestions & Style Potential: Locked (Premium only).

Premium Tier Users

• Save to Wardrobe: Limited to 5 uses per day.
• Analyze Outfit: Unlimited uses.
• AI Suggestions & Style Potential: Unlimited uses.

Wendrobe is provided for informational and personal use purposes only.

2. Eligibility

Wendrobe is available to users of all ages.

If you are under the age required to make purchases in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to subscribe to premium features.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Wendrobe, you agree that you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not misuse the AI scanning features
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App or backend services
• Not attempt unauthorized access to servers or infrastructure

You remain fully responsible for the content you upload.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

Wendrobe uses artificial intelligence to generate fashion insights and recommendations.

You understand and agree that:

• AI results are automated estimations, not professional advice
• Accuracy may vary depending on image quality and conditions
• We do not guarantee correctness or suitability of recommendations
• The App is intended for entertainment and lifestyle assistance purposes only

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload.

By using Wendrobe, you grant us a temporary, limited, non-exclusive license to process your content only for the purpose of providing AI analysis.

We do not use your content for advertising or resale.

Our Content

All trademarks, logos, software, UI design, and AI workflows remain the intellectual property of Wendrobe and Fatih Demir.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Wendrobe offers optional premium subscriptions through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat.

Billing Terms

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Pricing may vary by region
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their policies

We do not control payment processing or refund approvals.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Premium features remain available until the billing period ends
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Wendrobe available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Suspend services temporarily

Without prior notice if necessary.

9. Account-Free Usage

Wendrobe does not require account registration.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local data. Reinstalling the App or changing devices may result in loss of locally stored data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Wendrobe if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected
• Legal obligations require it

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wendrobe and Fatih Demir shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Personal dissatisfaction with AI results
• Service interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wendrobe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation
• Continuous availability
• Accuracy of AI outputs
• Compatibility with all devices
