Wendrobe is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require user account registration and do not collect personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses through the app itself.

However, certain technical and usage-related data may be collected automatically.

1.1 Photos Uploaded for AI Scanning

When you upload photos to use the AI scanning feature:

• Photos are temporarily transmitted to AI processing services for analysis.
• Photos are NOT permanently stored on our servers.
• After processing is completed, photos are deleted from our backend systems.
• Photos remain only on your personal device storage.
• We do not use uploaded images for advertising, profiling, or training our own datasets.

1.2 AI Scan Results

AI-generated scan results:

• Are stored locally on your device.
• May be temporarily processed on our backend infrastructure.
• Are not stored in any external cloud database for long-term retention.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We use analytics and crash reporting tools that may automatically collect:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Anonymous usage statistics
• Crash logs and diagnostics
• Performance data

This information is collected in aggregated and anonymized form.

2. Analytics & Monitoring Tools

Wendrobe uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics - Used to understand how users interact with the app and improve performance and user experience.
• Firebase Crashlytics - Used to detect app crashes and technical errors to improve stability.
• Firebase Custom Event Tracking - Used to analyze feature usage patterns and improve app functionality.

These services may collect anonymized technical information according to Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Wendrobe offers premium subscriptions through:

• Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
• Google Play Billing (Android)
• RevenueCat (subscription management platform)

Important Notes:

• We do NOT collect or store payment card information.
• All payments are processed securely by Apple and Google.
• RevenueCat only processes anonymous subscription identifiers.

4. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used only to:

• Provide AI scanning features
• Improve app performance and usability
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Optimize feature development
• Maintain subscription functionality

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

5. Data Storage & Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including:

• Secure backend infrastructure

Despite best efforts, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

• Uploaded photos: Deleted immediately after AI processing
• Scan results: Stored locally on your device
• Analytics data: Retained according to Firebase's retention policies
• Subscription data: Managed by RevenueCat and app stores

7. Children's Privacy

Wendrobe is available for users of all ages.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through our app or services, please contact us and we will promptly take action.
